Privacy Policy

Draft — the full policy and data processing agreement are being finalised.

For the stores you connect, SalesTracked acts as a data processor: it stores visits (pages, campaign parameters, click IDs, IP address and browser) and orders, and sends purchase events to the ad platforms you configure.

Customer emails, phone numbers and names are hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to ad platforms. Ad platform credentials and webhook secrets are stored encrypted.

Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and — when enabled — Stripe (billing) and Resend (email).
